This is a summary statement of our privacy policy which provides you with information on if, when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, and how we keep it secure. 

Krug Communications Ltd processes personal information (albeit not via its website) to enable it to provide consultancy and advisory services, to promote its clients services, and to maintain its own accounts and records. This information may include personal details; business activities of the person whose personal information is being processed; goods and services provided; and employment details.

We may save personal information about clients and their employees, journalists, complainants and enquirers, suppliers, advisers and other professional experts. 

We may sometimes need to share the personal information we process with other organisations. Where this is necessary we are required to comply with all aspects of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). What follows is a description of the types of organisations with whom we may need to share some of the personal information we process, for one or more reasons.

 Where necessary or required we share information with:

  • business associates and other professional advisers
  • associates and representatives of the person whose personal data are being processed
  • suppliers and services providers

We do not provide contact details of individual journalists to our clients (and vice versa) other than for the purpose of facilitating interviews or meetings between a journalist and a client.
